COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bonfiglioli Vectron ACTW400-040D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Brooks-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cameron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Brandless product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Brooks-Automation such as the ANTID2INFIXR6M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 227C120266147005 manufactured by Cameron and we are pleased to be able to service most Cameron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 79080002 by Manufacturer Brandless as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Bystronic Brand E7145B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bosch-Rexroth such as R185142210 equipment made by Bosch-Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch-Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch-Rexroth" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 961159200 made by Brush-Hawker-Siddeley as well as the popular MV63b4 original spares produced by Carpanelli Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SM031HU by Carl and R185142210 spares by Bosch-Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M3512H30MPC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bonitron. |
